Who is Arise Virtual Solutions?
Arise handles the grunt work. They hit the pavement in search of large corporations (Fortune 20 to Fortune 500) that would like to outsource their customer service, sales, or technical support positions for you to service. Arise has been in business since 1994, is accredited, and is rated A+ by the Better Business Bureau. Arise has been featured on many major news networks including CNN, Good Morning America, Fox News, and many more. They are also a part of Michelle Obama's Joining Forces initiative, which is working to bring 100,000 jobs to veterans in need. What does the work involve?
First and foremost, there is NO cold calling involved. You would handle inbound calls that have been routed from the client’s phone systems to your phone at your house. You have the choice and pick the clients you would like to service. You will answer the call and service the customer while you are logged into the client’s proprietary software on your computer. You will need a plain old telephone line (no voicemail or call waiting) and high-speed internet. You will work with the customer to resolve any concerns and provide them the information they need, then move on to the next call. Simple, right?
Who is going to teach me how to service a client?
Once you finish up with the basic admissions process, you will pick the client you want to service. You will pay for your training class, which is led by an Arise certified instructors with several years’ experience with their client. The cost of the training courses varies, with most being between $19.99 and $249.
Am I paying for a job?
No, you are not paying for this job, you are going into business for yourself. You will be an independent contractor, which we will discuss further, later in the FAQ's. The costs of the course helps offset that cost for the online training platform as well as any other costs associated with your training.
Do I have to be a US citizen or and live in The United States?
Yes. You must live in The United States and be a United States citizen. You must speak English; however, you are allowed to know multiple languages as long as English is the primary language.
Can I move to a different location or State and still service Arise?
Yes. You may move anywhere you would like within the United 50 states. You are not allowed to move from The United States to another country and continue to service a client. Please keep in mind that we will not allow servicing in any of the following states: California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Oregon, or Wisconsin.
Will I need long distance on my home phone line?
No. All calls will come to you via Arise's software. Your phone will be plugged into the wall however your virtual phone will be on your computer. Once you log in, the software will call your home phone and you will be receiving inbound calls while connected.
Will I be your employee?
Our team members, or CSP's, are independent contractors of Blazing Harvest Virtual Agency. LLC. You will receive a 1099 for your prior years compensation. You must pay all of your own taxes. There are quite a few tax perks for being an independent contractor. Check with your local tax adviser for more information regarding tax perks.
How will I be paid?
You will be paid on the 1st and 15th of every month via direct deposit. However if you would like a paper check we can send it by mail. If one of those dates is a national Holiday it will be processed the following business day. I want to do this full-time. Can this be competitive to a full-time job in a brick and mortar office?The simple answer is, yes it can. The clients all have different pay structures that range from paying per minute, per call, or per hour. You have the ability to earn anywhere from $8 an hour to $18 an hour depending on the client you choose to service.
How long will it take before I can start earning money?
You will need to complete the admissions process, which can take as little as one day or as long as a week depending on how quickly you move through the steps. Once you pick your client, all that is left is your training and then you are earning money. The length of the training course varies with each client, so you will be able to find one to suit your needs.
Can I have another job while I provide services for Arise clients?
Of course you can. You may wish to do this part time or full time. You are welcome to have another full-time job or a part time job to supplement this.
Does Blazing Harvest Virtual ,LLC Incorporated charge a service fee?
Yes we do. BHVA will handle a great deal of back office support for you the entire time you are working as an independent contractor .We will be here helping you along every path and making sure all of your questions are answered and you are able to work. The fee is simple: $25.25 per pay period. No matter how many hours you work you will only have one flat rate fee.
Will I sign a W-2 form?

No, as an independent contractor you will fill out an IRS Required W-9 form. Towards the end of your certification you will receive an email from our BHVA admissions staff. The email will contact the forms to set up your Direct Deposit, your SOW, the W-9 and Independent contractor agreement. At the end of January each year a 1099 form will be given to those who earn $600 or more in the previous calendar year.
Can I service more than one client?
Yes, you can. However, we do not recommend taking 2 certification courses at the same time. However, it can be done you have to determine how if this will be an over load it is a great sacrifice but, an even greater reward.
Does BHVA pay for my certification course?
As an independent contractor, you are responsible for the investment in a client course. The course cost is paid directly to Arise to pay the instructor whom will facilitate the online class.
Military Discounts: We offer 50% off your first client course if you are a veteran, active military or a military spouse. Please email us to apply the discount PRIOR to paying.
Can I work from anywhere?
You must legally reside in the United States and must be 18 years of age or older.
If you move, you are able to bring your work with you. How cool is that? Just please remember to update your address on the portal.

Unfortunately, Vonage is NOT an approved phone device for servicing any of Arise's clients .However you can use Straight Talk Home Phone from your local Walmart.Arise requires that you use a hard-wired phone connection only. VoIP or a POTS line is required. Usually, your Cable and/or Internet Service Provider will have bundle options to add a basic landline.
How long do I have to choose a client?
When you join BHVA LLC., you are given 45 days to enroll in a client opportunity. If you need an extension or guidance in finding a match, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.

You're receive an automated email telling you that you have passed. You must then logon to the Arise portal and click resume next to the client name.
